It takes just $3562 US for a family to move into the 1 bedroom and loft home.
Your House Cost is due 4 weeks in advance and payable to Project Help .
If you can hold a hammer, you can build! It really is that easy!
What to Expect
On day one, you will meet Hector Perez. Together with Hector we will build the frame of the house. The remaining two days are spent finishing the build and of course, the handover of the keys to its new, delighted owners!
The cost to stay in Mexico is just $50 a day per person.
You will stay at a Motel Paraiso in Tecate, just 40 minutes southeast of San Diego and all of your meals will be provided or at Hotel Paraiso on the southeast of Tijuana.

Carlton Toews hosts all of the Project Builds in Mexico. Each group is usually the size of two families or 10 persons.
Please know that you are expected to provide your own transportation. Mexican Vehicle Insurance can be purchased at Mexinsure.com.
If flying into San Diego Van Rentals can be made through Avis or Budget - Approx $650 for a 7 passenger Van with Mexican Vehicle Insurance.
Medical Insurance: don't forget to get your out-of-country medical coverage beforehand.
We're also always looking for volunteers to plan children's programs for the two afternoons. Songs, stories, arts and crafts-- anything you can think of-- the children will love it. Another favourite is filling 40 ziplock bags with all kinds of goodies. Who doesn't love a goodie bag?
And on that note, bless the new house that you helped build with anything you can think of: towels, pots, kitchen items, bedding, used furniture...
